Join the Women’s Caucus for a facilitated conversation on strengthening pathways for women in local leadership. This session will be a peer exchange space for women and gender-diverse elected leaders to share experiences, ideas, and challenges related to creating more welcoming and supportive environments around the council table, as well as encouraging and supporting younger women to consider running for office.
Together, we’ll reflect on what inclusion looks like in practice—from shifting council culture to strengthening mentorship and support networks—and learn from one another’s approaches and experiences across different communities.
