Turn your policy idea into a resolution with Dr. Teale Phelps Bondaroff. Teale will guide fellow local elected leaders through all the stages of resolution writing, from issue selection, research, the anatomy of a resolution, resolution writing, coalition building, venue shopping, and follow-up. The skills developed in this workshop will help serve elected officials looking to draft resolutions for regional and provincial conventions, as well as to draft notices of motion/resolutions to present to their Councils.
Dr. Phelps Bondaroff is a Councillor in the District of Saanich, and has two decades of experience in Canadian politics. He has drafted resolutions for provincial and federal political conventions, municipal council meetings, regional and provincial municipal conferences, and United Nations conferences.
