Hear directly from Prairie leaders, including Mayor DiManno of Banff and Councillor Keren Tang of Edmonton, as they share how climate considerations are being integrated into council processes, such as environmental or climate impact reviews in council reports and carbon budgeting. We will highlight and share practical examples, lessons learned, and insights into assessing what climate-forward governance can realistically look like when resources are tight and climate ambition is under pressure.
