How can municipalities get more homes built, faster, while keeping them climate-ready and livable?
This session will highlight Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s (CMHC) Housing Design Catalogue. Featuring over 50 regionally tailored designs, from ADUs and townhouses to multiplexes, the Catalogue was developed by local architects and engineers to align with regional building codes, support energy efficiency, enhance accessibility, and encourage gentle density in existing neighbourhoods.
