Convention Floor Strategies with Dr. Teale Phelps Bondaroff

Strengthen your impact on the convention floor with a focused discussion on advancing resolutions at key conferences such as Union of British Columbia Municipalities, Association of Vancouver Island and Coastal Communities, and Federation of Canadian Municipalities, with Dr. Teale Phelps Bondaroff.

Teale will walk through a strategic, end-to-end approach to maximizing effectiveness. We will explore what you can do before conferences (mobilizing allies, advocacy, getting earned media, and planning), what you can do at the conference (floor coordination, communications strategies, materials, lobbying), and all important follow up (press releases, follow through, and more).

This Chapter is open to current and former local elected leaders who are members of Climate Caucus. Members receive calendar invites to these calls. If you have not received one please contact our Network Manager Olivia at olivia@climatecaucus.ca.
