Campaign School

The Climate Caucus Campaign School is designed to support YOU—climate-forward local leaders—in winning campaigns. 

This hands-on, highly-tailored program is designed by experienced campaign managers to be strategic, useful and game-changing. We know time is extremely valuable during campaigns: we want to make every minute of your time with the Campaign School count. 



Participants will have access to a suite of tools, trainings and an active peer network that supports everything from campaign planning and grassroots recruitment to compelling climate-forward messaging and voter outreach. Successful campaign experts who have won across the country will offer advice, office hours and key insights. 

Whether you’re gearing up for re-election, considering your first run, or helping power a climate-aligned campaign, the Campaign School offers a focused, supportive space to sharpen your skills, test ideas, and build lasting connections across a growing movement of municipal climate leaders.

This online program runs from early March through October, offering a blend of structured training and flexible support.

– Volunteer recruitment and management
– Voter outreach and mobilization
– Campaign communication and strategy
– Combatting mis- and disinformation at a local level
– Best practices and lessons learned from local campaigns
